Thank you for your purchase from NC APPAREL. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund of the product, excluding the delivery cost. Please see below for more information on our return policy. Once we have processed the refund, Our e-commerce website “Shopify” states “the customer should receive the refund within 10 Business days”. 

RETURNS:
All returns must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS:

To return an item, please email us on nc.apparel@outlook.com to let us know you will be returning your order.  

Place the item securely in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed and with all original swing tickets attached. Mail your return to the following address:

Please include your full name and your order number in your return, so we know who has returned the item.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend and ask that you use a tracked service to limit any issues.

REFUNDS:
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) working days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take up to 10 Business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank.
